What we collect

When you complete the investor assessment we collect your name, email address, phone number and the answers you select about your real estate ownership, portfolio size, buying, selling and refinancing intent, and your satisfaction with current property management or vendors. We also record the page you arrived from and the referring site so we know which listing prompted your interest.

Why we collect it

We use your answers to determine whether current opportunities fit your criteria, to contact you about those opportunities, and to give qualified investors access to the deal room. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How we contact you

By submitting the assessment you agree that a member of our team may contact you by email, phone or text about matching opportunities. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us directly.

Who can see it

Submissions are stored in our secured database and are visible only to authenticated members of our team. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery and our internal CRM; they process your information only on our instructions. Deal room documents are released only after a confidentiality agreement is signed.

How long we keep it

Assessment submissions and signed confidentiality agreements are retained for as long as we maintain an investor relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as needed for our records. Anonymous chat transcripts with our assistant are deleted after 180 days.

Your choices

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
